In Ireland, most players start their league journeys from 7/8 years of age. Our High Performance Academy is designed to deliver quality, high tempo training sessions for players looking to improve their footballing abilities. The programme is centred around our 4 Corner Model of Player Development, where we look to improve each player technically, mentally, physically and socially to increase their footballing capabilities and help them with their league journeys ahead. We believe hard work often beats talent and we welcome players of ALL abilities who want to take their football to the next level.
